Datacenter Business Innovation Office (DBIO) is looking for a hands-on, highly capable Cloud-native software developer with extensive full stack / backend experience to join our team.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing production-grade, highly available SaaS applications using micro-services best practices, in one of the major cloud providers, using serverless / containers.

Position is in Petah Tikvah, Israel (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features using both serverless and container-based architectures
• Own features end-to-end, from design till production
• Research new technologies and platforms
• Be a member of a highly talented cross-functional development team in an agile oriented environment
• Participate in continuous and iterative engineering cycles, emphasizing code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• 3+ years’ experience developing with one or more general purpose programming language in a cloud-based environment (AWS/GCP/AZURE)
• Problem solver - excellent design and analytical skills
• Agile - comfortable with fast-paces development (thinks like a startup with creative, out-of-the-box thinking, changing tech stacks)
• Fast learner - High ability to use new technologies and understand them in depth through rapid self-learning
• Driven by best practices, performance, scalability, security, reliability, and beautiful code
• Experience with git source control
• Fluent in English, excellent writing & communication skills
