In the context of increasing needs for sustainability we are looking for an expert who can help us monitoring and assessing legal requirements for environmental protection topics at Siemens Digital Industries. Focus is on product-related environmental and sustainability issues in the sense of an early warning function, as well as operational support for the DI Business Units in assessing relevance and implementing legal requirements. What part will you play? You screen and analyze normative requirements as well as industry/market requirements for product-related environmental protection in collaboration with our EHS colleagues in the countries. You identify and summarizes the requirements and needs for our business, which result from regulatory norms and legislations You reconcile the requirements in Siemens internal networks and support to show the existing risks and opportunities Together we develop short, medium and long-term strategies to meet requirements, minimize business risks and capitalize on opportunities You further develop an efficient and effective legal review process for product-related environmental issues You represent Siemens Digital Industries in relevant internal and external committees, e.g. Task Force Regulatory Core Team You coordinate and execute special projects to implement legal requirements What you need to make real what matters.
