Creating an attraction plan to attract the next big talent for Intel, design nurturing strategies to engage with our talent, define the right recruiting marketing strategy. This is just a taste of what the Israeli recruiting marketing team does. Our Job #1 is to create an ongoing relationship with our talents in order to create an always on healthy pipelines by creating an awesome candidate experience, work closely with the hiring organizations for attracting, engaging, and nurturing current and future talent for Intel Israel.

As a member of our team, you will need to research competitive and ever-changing market talent trends in order to translate it into a recruitment marketing strategy to support Ramps Cross recruitments needs, you will work closely with our sources, recruiters and account managers to define the right EVP and to develop segmented Recruiting Marketing and nurturing plans. We are using a verity of channels and tactics in order to attract qualified talents and meet business strategy, while doing it you will engage with a diverse set of stakeholders internally externally.

In this position you will create and produce online and “on ground” events and you will need to be creative and to find the new way to attract more diverse talent to Intel.

Qualifications

1. Marketer at heart , understanding of digital world with previous experience on Branding Marketing Marcom copywriting.

2. Have strategic thinking , innovative, creative and open minded to dream big and to execute amazing idea.

3.Able to work independently and to feel comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous, and changing environment while managing excellent relationship with your team members and stakeholders.

4.An excellent project, stakeholders and vendor management skills with proven learning capabilities to gain extra knowledge
