Who you are
We are looking for an experienced software team manager to lead a strong team that develops high complexity and high performance C++ software solutions for Intel CPU Core development.

What you will do
Our solutions are used throughout all stages of CPU core development, from pre-silicon simulations to at-scale deployment in post-silicon labs. You will lead a strong team working on a large C++ code base in an ever-changing high complexity domain with very high quality and performance standards. You will oversee scope-definition, development, testing, deployment and user support. You will need to learn the CPU development domain and work with multiple peer teams proactively to identify or even anticipate their needs.

Qualifications

� BSC or MSC degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.
� At least 5 years of experience leading a software development team
� Ability to prioritize multiple work streams based on value/urgency
� Experience in in object-oriented programming
� Good knowledge of C++, working knowledge of other languages, such as Python is an advantage
� Familiarity with X86 CPU architecture will be an advantage
� Experience in low-level programming and ability to read assembly code is an advantage
� Knowledge of CPU/ASIC logic design and validation concepts/methodologies is an advantage
� Great cross-team interactions and communication skills to work with groups inside and outside of Israel
