Job responsibilities

➢ Child care; eating, sleeping, changing diapers
➢ Educating; positive approach when teaching about values

Profile:
➢ Bachelor’s degree or above in early childhood education or similar
➢ Older then 27 years old
➢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a daycare center (children aged 3 months till 4 years)
➢ Proficient use of English language (speaking and writing)
➢ Able to develop and execute activities relating to children’s age
➢ Hardworking; likes to keep busy
➢ Teamplayer with leadership skills
➢ Excellent communicator to children and parents
➢ Warm, loving and enthusiastic character
➢ Passion for raising small children with a positive approach
➢ Pro-active and creative
➢ Open for feedback and willing to learn

Orange Panda opened this year an international daycare center European Style. We are bilingual in English and Chinese. Our location is in JinAn district, Shanghai. We have different groups for children aged 3 months till 1,5 years and 1,5 years to 4 years old. We have a Montessori style approach to children.
