Inner Designer or architecture designer urgently wanted (25k-30k/month)

Responsibility
 Provide creative design solutions in conceptual design stage.
 Able to use sketch or CAD to fully express design ideas.

Requirements
 Profound knowledge on construction of projects.
 Able to work independently.
 Have good communication skills.
 Design team leading ability is preferred.
 Degree in architecture-related major.　
 Minimum 5 years experience in inner design or Architect design
 Have creative design solutions.
 Rich project design experience.
 At least 1-3 years’ experiences in China.
 Architect design project is a must.
 Familiar with China local planning codes / Design market will be priority.
 Fluent English is preferred.　
 Australian or Euro-American country people preferred.

 RMB25000-30000 per month(before tax)
 Work visa will be provided
 Working time: Mon till Fir 9am -6pm, rest 12am-13pm
