As an Export Compliance Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for: Prepares, controls, and distributes all required Export documents to counterparts (Carrier, Consignee, supplier,) complying with regulations and internal procedures. Determining export requirements and prepare and review required type of authorization, ensuring timely submittal to the appropriate government agency (AES Filing) Reviews orders for completeness, export compliance and follow Siemens Healthineers Internal control program Manage strategic accounts and facilitate the communications between business area and logistic providers Work closely with Export Control Rules and Regulations to seek necessary government approvals. Advise supervisor of any problems or irregularities discovered within assigned transactions. Develop, implement, and enforces guidelines, solutions and plans to optimize processes in his/her area of responsibility This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Project skills; including analytics, implementation strategies, metric measurement and continuous monitoring expectations and deliverables.
