WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Report to Export Manager
• Responsible for the exports operations including but not limited to coordinate and oversee the export & import of the products
• Deliver accurate, timely and consistently, aim to provide the highest level of support to our suppliers, logistics service providers and internal parties
• Stock keeping and inventory control management
• Consolidate data for planning, analysis and forecast
• Handle the shipment of consignments from our overseas suppliers, coordinating with our suppliers and shipping agents
• Maintain accurate data in the SAP system, preparing invoices and documents to the relevant parties
• Manage and control the shipping costs and other overhead costs
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required

YOU NEED TO BE…

•          Degree holder in Logistics/Supply Chain or related disciplines
•          Strong excel skills
•          At least 3 years of experience in logistics field
•          Immediate Available is highly preferred
•          Self-motivated and well-organized
•          SAP user
•          Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
