Job Description

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will work with a team to service a dedicated portfolio of customers, ensuring all data entry and financial management tasks are timely and accurate.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accept export bookings and complete all system entry requirements timely and accurately
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to standard operation procedure + targets
  • Liaise with all parties to ensure loading and export clearance tasks are completed on time
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer experience with focus on service and retention

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • To be considered, you should have understanding of seafreight export procedures and freight forwarding knowledge. 3-4 years related working experience in this industry. You have good telephone skills and a customer-focused mindset.
