2. Job Responsibilities：
(1) For development and maintenance customers: daily customer development and service work such as product launch, follow-up inquiries, sending development emails, and making development calls to customers
(2) For data collation: Responsible for collation of customer data, and timely feedback and processing of customer requirements;
(3) For online platforms: assist in the background data update and maintenance of online platforms such as Alibaba, facebook, official website, etc., and assist supervisors in handling customer inquiries and tracking customers;
(4) For products: product samples, sample delivery management;
(5) For orders: responsible for the evaluation, tracking, management and risk control of orders online, and the management and risk control of offline contract orders
(6) For offline customers: handle the preparation and arrangement of visiting customers;
(7) Responsible for the proper handling of emergencies during contract performance;
(8) Cooperate with the company's overall marketing strategy
