工作职责Responsibility：

1. 确保出货的及时性，准确率，跟进及时收汇； Ensure the fast and accuracy of shipment, and follow up the payment collection in time;

2. 维护现有客户以及配合集团内各公司的业务需求，保证客户满意度； Maintain existing customers and coordinate with the business needs of each company of IMV group to ensure customer good satisfaction;

3. 根据总经理和外贸经理下达的任务，配合整理，分析，提交相关数据以及信息； Follow up the tasks assigned by GM and foreign trading manager, cooperate to sort,analyze and submit relevant data and information.

4. 在公司决策指导下，完成销售方案的制定，合同的签订等。Under the guidance of the company's leader, complete the formulation of sales plans, contracts, etc.

5. 和工厂保持良好的沟通，协调各方之间出现的问题，保证订单顺利的实施并完成。 Keep good communication with the factory, coordinated problems among different parties,ensured the smooth implementation and completion of orders.

工作内容Job Description：

1. 负责现有客户的维护和协调客户和公司之间的和谐关系； Responsible for maintaining and coordinating the harmonious relationship between customers and the company;

2. 与客户进行日常联系、沟通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；Daily communication with customers, timely grasp customers` needs, understand customer status;

3. 通过E-mail、电话或面对面与国外客户进行良好的沟通，负责客户的合同谈判与签订，跟单，单证制作，出货，收汇等系列的工作；掌握客户需求，完成上级下达的任务指标；Good communication with foreign customers by E-mail ,phone or face to face, responsible for contract negotiation and signing, tracing, documents making, shipping arrangement, payment collection and other related work; Knowing customers` needs, take the initiative to develop, complete the task assigned by foreign trading manager and GM;

4. 积极与生产部门沟通协调，保证货物按时出口；Actively communicate and coordinate with production department to ensure goods export on time ;

5. 实时整理、更新客户档案，并进行分析、提供销售分析数据给外贸经理; Organize and update customer recording files timely, analyze and provide sales analysis data toforeign trade manager;

6. 定期更新客户跟进表，订单跟踪表，每月完成月底销售统计表以及财务部门所需要的相关单据;Update customer follow up file, order follow up file, monthly sales statistics file and related documents required by finance department in time;

7. 客户来访的接待; Reception of visiting customers;

8. 直接向外贸经理汇报工作。Report directly to foreign trade manager.

任职资格Qualification：

1. 大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；英语CET4及以上，商务函电熟练，口语流利; College degree or above, major in international trade or business English;CET4 or above, good command of business correspondence and oral English；

2. 熟悉外贸订单操作和跟单流程； Familiar with foreign trade order operation and follow up procedure；

3. 熟练操作办公自动化软件;熟练excel ,PPT等； Proficient in office automation software;Proficient in excel,PPT, etc

4. 具有良好的沟通、处理问题的能力，责任心强，工作认真细致，抗压性强，团队合作精神; Good communication and problem solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, working conscientiously and carefully, strong pressure resistance, team spirit；

5. 有外贸工作经验者优先。 Experience in foreign trading is preferred.
