1. Responsible for foreign trade business development, sorting out customer information, contacting customers, and making a reply to customers' inquiries;

2. Submit weekly work records of potential customers, developed new customers and closed customers;

3. Be responsible for handling customer complaints or returns, and feed back the results to the company or customers;

4. Resolutely implement the company's marketing plans, and timely feed back the results or customer feedback to the supervisor;

5. Participate in the construction of sales channels;

6. Complete other work arranged by superior supervisor.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;

2. Familiar with foreign trade business process, can skillfully use network resources;

3. Interested in the development of LED lighting industry.
