岗位职责：
Job Functions Responsibilities:

To act as the Customers representative ensure the orders abroad implemented timely in a good quality

Order handling in a professional timely matter ensure customers’ satisfaction.
To ensure that orders are correctly entered into SAP systems
To communicate with the customer so that he fully understands all aspects of his order. If any problems with their orders to discuss corrective actions with the manufacturing team
To ensure that the correct documentation is available in time fdispatch.
To ensure that invoices are sent on time.
To ensure that Quality concerns are notified to the Quality Manager
To respond to the customer in accordance with normal Enquiries quotations.? To present a professional friendly contact four customers.
To assist the exporter making sure the export declaration amounts monthly in the consistency of the invoice value SAP
Assisted the Department Head to finish other daily assignments
