Job Functions and Responsibilities:


To act as the Customers representative and ensure the orders from abroad implemented timely in a good quality


Order handling in a professional and timely matter and ensure customers’ satisfaction.

To ensure that orders are correctly entered into SAP systems

To communicate with the customer so that he fully understands all aspects of his order. If any problems with their orders and to discuss corrective actions with the manufacturing team

To ensure that the correct documentation is available in time for dispatch.

To ensure that invoices are sent on time.

To ensure that Quality concerns are notified to the Quality Manager

To respond to the customer in accordance with normal Enquiries and quotations.

To present a professional and friendly contact for our customers.

To assist the exporter making sure the export declaration amounts monthly in the consistency of the invoice value from SAP

Assisted the Department Head to finish other daily assignments


Qualification:


Fluent both spoken and written English

Positive attitude to work

Computer literate

Good time management and planning skills

Ability to understand issues clearly and quickly
