Export Sales Senior Engineer

Job Description
The primary function of the role is to manage and direct all sales activities for select Eaton products in the export countries (CIS countries, Azerbaijan, Georgia, STAN countries, Northern Cyprus), where Turkish sales organization is responsible from sales. The incumbent’s prime responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in the defined segment whilst applying Eaton standard work practices as defined by Eaton Business System. Responsibilities: - Develop sales and product strategies for Eaton Electrical product portfolios within the Export Countries for Eaton solutions - Achieve or exceed the sales targets for the related product portfolio - Coordinate customers (PB, Installers, contractors, investors) and consultants concerning specification requirements, as well as issues of performance and lead-times - Gather new strategic customers and consultants, and build strong relationship with them within the Export Countries - Coordinate and participate in promotional activities together with marketing team - Co-operate with Marketing, Product Engineering and the Customer for the realization of complex projects - Participation in budget planning - Prepare periodic sales activities and strategy reports for senior management - Identify and develop opportunities for future business growth within the Export Countries Qualifications Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. degree in engineering Min 3 years of experience in Electrical Distribution & Project Sales Proven track record of achieving business growth as a Sales Person Ability to interpret common technical catalogues, technical solutions in projects business in the Electrical Sector Ability to respond to common inquiries or customer complaints, regulatory authorities, or members of the business community Experience in working with end users, utilities & designers in Electrical sector Have significant experience in creating and presenting customer presentations Knowledge of customers and competitors in the market. Knowledge of budget preparation, implementation and follow up Analytical skills regarding sales trends and new opportunities in the market. Ability to communicate effectively with other departments and division and peer positions. Ability to represent Eaton to senior managers externally and internally; Fluency in English is a must, Russian would be an important asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills (problem solving, time management, building effective team, etc…) Strong customer focus Result oriented, self-motivated, team player.
