Position: External Contract English Teacher
Location: Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, China. 45 min to 1 hour flight to capital of Hohhot and Beijing, or an overnight train.
Working for and reporting to: Headmaster, a Foreign managed and part owned small group of English Training Centres
Working Week - includes office hours: Monday to Friday with a total of 15 teaching hours across a group of 8 kindergartens. Plus a few hours assisting the training school Monday, Tuesday and Friday early evening and supporting the training school in July and January. Weekends free. (Approximately – adjust with demand – flexibility is a must, but plenty of notice to any changes.) Schedules are set at the start of each semester, but adjusted as new students arrive.
Start date and contract length: ASAP - 12 months contract renewable
Class size and ages:
3-6 years old with standard kindergarten students per class.
Package:
1. Golden handshake on arrival and completion of a work visa (3,000RMB)
2. 12,000-15,000 RMB per month depending on teacher's qualification and ability.
3. Guaranteed annual salary increase (Potential increase after first 6 months depending on your success)
4. Free Housing, potentially shared, but looked at on a case by case basis and fully supported yearly work visa.
5. An annual 8,000RMB bonus paid 6 monthly,(4,000 x 2) plus various incentives throughout the year.
6. 3 to 4-week paid summer and winter vacation plus Chinese holidays. Annual team building activity with all staff.

Requirements: Original documents, such as CV, 2 x reference letters with company stamps, medical, police clearance check, degree, TEFL or equivalent, 2 years work experience after degree completed. Foreign Expert Card cancellation letter, reference letter and release letter from previous employer. Copy of previous visa and passport with passport photo.
Authenticated: the degree, medical and police check.
