职责描述
1. Medical & Scientific support for external stakeholders
- Act as scientific expert in the therapy area(s) for external stakeholders
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with KOLs
- Share emerging data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way
2. Medical & Scientific support for internal stakeholders
- Act as scientific expert in the therapy area(s) for internal stakeholders
- Provide the rest of the organization with an update on partnerships with HCPs, as speakers, or in the context of medical projects
- Identify HCPs with the scientific expertise in local treatment practice to collaborate on forward-thinking medical projects identified in strategic brand planning
理想的求职者
- Master degree or above, Ophthalmology background is required, Retina background is preferred;
- 2+years' clinical practice as Ophthalmologist or intern in Tier 3 hospital;
- 1-2 years' work experience in a pharmaceutical company or business environment will be preferred;
