F&B Controller

You will be  responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire hotel.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing & recording all F&B Duty Meal Complementary & ENT check.
• Checking Daily Receiving report 
• Collecting all Kot & Transfer Fruits basket from Main kitchen to be Posted
• Reviewing & approving for daily food & Beverage request.
• Item Creation in SCM as per Requirement
• Preparing recipe costing for the menu.
• Verifying Micros adding and deletion Form.
• Verify daily void sheets
• Verify Open item in Micros
• Review and verify breakages and spoilage report 
• Preparing month end store Reconciliation.
• Recoding all the Fruits baskets issued complementary to guest.
• Verifying Difference in outlet   
• Checking variance in Stores & outlet.
• Monthly outlet costing
• Reviewing & closing all pending back dated LPO.

Your qualifications, experience and skills include:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytics and reporting skills.
• Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
• Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major
• Relevant degree, in Finance/Accounting or related business discipline, from an academic institution
• At least 2 years’ experience at the same role with an up-scale (4 or 5 Star) hospitality environment.
