Job Descriptions

• To perform a variety of tasks associated with food & beverage, office, front of house services and teams
• Provide any general support required with regards to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
• Gatekeep all Menus & nametags, planograms in line agreed corporate standards
• Ensure all licenses of premise and other administrative responsibilities are renewed and updated timely
• Adhere to and periodically check Health, Safety and Environment related documents
• Coordinate with departments for various office related tasks

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in any discipline; good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of administrative roles, hands-on experience in hotel / F&B industry will be a major advantage
• Sound knowledge in Food and Recipe
• Skilled with document presentation, IT literate, good command of Microsoft Office
• Calm and patient under pressure; good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work within a very busy lounge environment
• Passionate in food& beverage
