Job Description

Role Descriptions

Responsible for Food & Beverage inventory control to maintain the minimal quantities necessary per standards based on consumption quantities and guards against spoilage and pilferage. Count Operation Equipment Inventory in a quarterly base. Perform daily reconciliation on receiving reports and Food & Beverage purchase invoice, costing of menu items. Attend month-end food and beverage stock-take. Coordinate with Food & Beverage Department to maintain the cost are meet with the hotel budget. Assist costing audits, monitoring and helping the operation of Food & Beverage receiving area. Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Experience - minimum 6 years solid experience in Food & Beverage cost control or related field
Education - Higher Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
Technical / functional competencies - Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
Language skills - Good command in Cantonese and English
