What you will be doing:
- Support the Management team in handling the administration and operations within the assigned department / section.
- Ensure performance standards for guest service and guest experience.
- In-charge of creation of promotions to drive revenue.
- Ensure the upkeep within the assigned department / section and assigned equipment.
- Ensure compliance of operating standards.
Work Experience
- International Degree Holder preferably in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of One (1) year international experience in a luxury hotel or on the same capacity.
- Conversant in english language with effective communication and guest relation skills.
- Knowledge in HACCP is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
