JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求 :

• To assist in conducting training and identifying all the training required for F&B division.

  
  

• Displays leadership in guest hospitality. Exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

• To assist outlet manager periodically with reviewing & updating service standards.

  
  

• To assist in developing a comprehensive training plan of F&B training activities to be reviewed monthly and recommendations made where necessary.

  
  

• To assist all F&B Outlet Managers in identifying each of their training needs and follow through with implementation.
  

• Assist to achieve departmental budget goals increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

  
  

• May be assigned special projects.

Language 语言能力:

High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent 大专以及以上学历
