Job Description
【Job Responsibilities】

1. Serve customers by building a good relationship with them (restaurant reception and service quality)

2. Organize and coordinate team members, assign work season goals to them, and supervise members' work attitudes and behaviors according to Club Med standards

3. By managing expenditures; improving the profitability of the service team; and optimizing the budget of the service team; To achieve open source and reduce expenditure

4. Make the atmosphere of the restaurant team warm and friendly; and decorate the restaurant according to the evening theme of the resort

5. Ensure the development of team members

6. Ensure compliance with the company's standards and compliance with health and safety procedures



【Job Requirements】

1. Diploma in International Tourism/Catering is preferred

2. Have more than 1 year of management experience in the same position

3. Must be fluent in English, preferably in other foreign languages
