Establishes policies and processes with management for the operation of all food & beverage-related areas to achieve productive and profitable results.

Develops specific promotions and menus to enhance the quality and profitability of the F&B Dept.

Establish and achieve objectives and desired standards in guest satisfaction, customer service, food, sanitation, creativity and promotions.

Requirements:
任职要求:
Diploma/degree in Hotel Management.
酒店管理的文凭/学位。
Minimum 2 years as F&B management experience in a large international class hotel.
至少2年的大型国际酒店的餐饮管理经验。
Outgoing and people oriented.
性格外向,以人为本。
Motivator with human relations capabilities.
良好的处理人际关系能力。
Team-builder.

Self-starter.

Oral and written fluency in English.
