l Ensure optimum performance in specific areas as assigned in the above areas

l Participate in the preparation of the Food and Beverage Department and Goals.

l To assist F&B Operations Manager to prepare reports and statistics for presentation

l To monitor F&B chain operations and ensure efficiency of sales procedures

l To assist Operations Manager the business plan, operational strategy & promotion campaign

l Ad hoc duties assigned by F&B Operation Manager

Requirements:

l Form 7 graduate or Diploma or relevant professional qualifications in hospitality  management

l Minimum 5 years F&B operations experience in F&B industry of which 2 years in a supervisory level

l Excellent communication skills coupled with strong negotiation techniques

l Aggressive, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

l Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills

l Proficiency in PC application, MS office and Chinese Word Processing

l Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)

l Immediate available is highly appreciated
