Food & Beverage Manager

 

Having a passion for food and beverage, you will play an integral role in driving our food, beverage and events offerings.  Your versitility and broad skill set will be showcacsed at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.

• Managing and making key operational decisions in our F&B outlets
• Welcome and host Seattle's premier foodies in our signatue outlets
• Motivate, coach and oversee a team of professional servers and bartenders

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong knowledge in a variety of food and beverage settings
• Proven experience in managing an efficient business operation
• Posess strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology
• Effective management style focussed on growing and developing teams

 

Your team and working environment:

Inspire and lead a team of professional servers and bartenders in all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.  Mentor and train each individual to showcase the trending offerings we have to offer.
