JOB DESCRIPTION

• The primary function of the Spectrum - Server is to  possess a passion to anticipate and meet and exceed our guest’s needs and will also possess an insatiable desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations.

• The Server must be engaged and provide prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverage service in a luxury 5-stars brand inspired hotel environment where attention to detail is key.
• Know the ingredients, preparation, and proper presentation of all menu items and specials and ensure that every product delivered to the guest adheres to the highest quality possible.
• Ensure table maintenance is up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience as per attached sequence of events

WORK EXPERIENCE

• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
• 1 year previous experience as an F&B server in a luxury hotel desirable
• Proficient in the English; bilingual is an asset
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite an asset
