  • Manages the teams, ensures customer service in Food and Beverage areas of the hotel.
  • Assures constantly and consistently of maximum guest satisfaction with efficiencies operation.
  • Coordinates and helps to implement the training program for the outlet staff frequently. 
  • Run efficient, profitable all outlets, with well trained teams, proper mannered and attentive staff, and ensure efficient and proper equipment.



Work Experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Desire to progress within the Hospitality industry
  • Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
