Food & Beverage Supervisor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties may be assigned)

  • Supervising the daily operations of food & beverage outlets.
  • Training and developing team members.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and service standards as well as QA checklists.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and assisting team members with more difficult guest service situations.
  • Overseeing and verifying side work, server cash outs and inventory.

Work Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • One year or more related supervisory or management experience or significant serving experience is required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Kansas City Liquor License.

ABILITIES

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to remember, recite and promote the entire variety of menu items.
  • Ability to lift, carry and transport large trays weighing up to 50 lbs through a crowded room on a continuous basis.
  • Ability to operate computerized point of sales systems.
