Job Purpose: The 1 year Trainee programme is a platform for fresh graduation students to accelerate their career and succeed as our future leader. Participants will be exposed into different roles throughout the programme and beneficial management experiences, gain critical feedback from buddy system to understand self-weakness and strength, which help to define your specific Food & Beverage career direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy the dining area and equipment
• Store food, beverages and equipment carefully
• Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition
• Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services and upsell alternatives
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Rotate among the different sub-departments of the F&B Division as required

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Customer service experience in a Western / Chinese restaurant; experience in a five-star hotel an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Basic product knowledge of international cuisines and wine; beverage, cash handling
Education: Bachelor Degree or above
Language Abilities: Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Knowledge in MS Office and POS software; Micros an advantage
