F&E Engineer
The F&E Engineer will be responsible for the execution of the F&E Business Strategy as well as the Knowledge management programs. This work involves analysis of existing practices and strategies to identify which areas need improvement, and the development of innovative methods to help establish and achieve department goals.
F&E Strategy Program Owner
This role will support Facilities & Engineering leadership and business functions by identifying opportunities and risks and developing the strategies to address them. He / She will be responsible for developing approaches to improve productivity and implement comprehensive change strategies to transform an organization and enable it to adapt to business challenges. This role will interact with key leadership and staff in all areas F&E, including internal and external stakeholders.
As a team member of F&E the engineer will develop/design and participate in the execution of programs and initiatives to support the strategy of F&E, which includes developing, executing, and potentially managing work plans, identifying data needs, gathering data (quantitative and qualitative), analyzing data, developing recommendations and creating presentations around recommendations. You will be responsible for supporting F&E Leadership in issue identification and resolution and for ensuring that all initiative stakeholders are communicated to on a regular basis. He / She will be required to participate in various cross-functional projects within Operations (for example, bench marking, process improvement, etc.) as requested; build cross-functional relationships across Facilities & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with F&E leadership in the identification of improvement opportunities and competitive strategies
- Translate strategy into challenging actionable objectives to effectively drive project teams
- Identify and remove barriers by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and manage cross functional initiatives while delivering high-quality and timely results
- Conduct project scoping, execution strategy, process improvement, and change management activities
- Serve as primary interface with sponsors and interact with personnel in all areas of the company.
F&E Knowledge Management Program Owner
This person will provide assistance in the identification of knowledge capture opportunities and content development. He/she will be responsible for working with functional areas to ensure knowledge is captured in the flow of function activities. He/She will be responsible for finding existing knowledge and codifying it for inclusion in the knowledge repository. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the quality and development of knowledge assets and will align activities with the F&E Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all Operations Alerts for opportunities to develop lessons learned reports. Coordinate and develop reports.
- Identify, acquire, and interpret data/information to translate to assets. Write assets and assist SMEs in asset writing.
- Manage asset templates and guidance.
- Review Knowledge Assets for consistency and accuracy, correct spelling, grammar, language and typographical errors, overall quality and effectiveness. Trend Knowledge asset ratings and comments.
Education and Skill Requirements
SE must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with staff in various functions in order to implement plans and reach goals. This requires leadership and motivational skills. He/She must also feel comfortable interacting with FE LT and SLT. He/She should possess the following skill set:

Education & Qualifications
Applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biology or Engineering. Training or exposure to business, management, strategy or a master's in business administration (MBA) are added advantage.
Experience and other Requirements
Applicants should have several years of professional experience in manufacturing, projects, business and consulting, international projects/assignments preferably in pharma or healthcare. He/She should have excellent leadership skills, ability to see the big picture, a visionary, ability to see how the parts relate to each other, ability to sell the vision.
He/She should be a self-starter, possess high personal initiative and good personal time/task management, has positive self-image, excellent communication skills--especially presentation skills, ability to work in teams, strong professional interests, independent, and self-motivated, enjoy variety and new challenges, ability to stick with a problem until it is solved, good analysis and computer skills, and humility.
