You will be a member of the New Mexico Fab 9 (F09) Integration Team, supporting the startup and sustaining manufacturing line(s) of wafer sort, die prep, die sort, and wafer-level assembly processes in the Rio Rancho campus. Integration technicians are responsible for responding to process quality events and driving new product introductions. Integration Technicians are responsible for partnering with process engineering, manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability (Q and R), and support teams to drive process sustaining excellence, responding to and driving resolution of process quality events and new product introduction. The role will require an understanding of the incoming process flows, and manipulation/segmentation of lot flows and lots towards the qualification of the new product line in F09.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lot plan and process flow creation for New Product/Process Introductions (NPIs), Process change support and implementation, and Integration pilot/experiment set up and support.
Respond to all non-standard events occurring within the wafer sort, die prep, die sort, and wafer-level assembly operations that impact product quality, yield, reliability, downstream processing, and contain risks to an acceptable level.
Support quality/process issue troubleshooting through the application of data analysis tools, visual/microscopes inspections, etc.
Provide support to process modules, upstream, and downstream customers assisting them in debugging product-specific process issues and improving yields.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline.
2+ years of experience with manufacturing in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.
2+ years of experience with semiconductor quality control processes.
The candidate must be willing to work on a compressed workweek schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve-hour days in a row followed by a fourth day every other week. All shifts available.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in more than one process module in a Die Prep/Sort/Fab/Assembly environment.
Experience as a superuser in a manufacturing shop floor control system.
Experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as SQL pathfinder, JMP, Excel, etc.
