• Ensure tool capacity is well positioned to meet wafer output requirements.
• Develop models for capital asset utilization (CAU) and fab cycle time using static and dynamic capacity calculations.
• Build and continually improve capacity models' accuracy through periodic audits.
• Improve effective use of the capital investment to drive better CAU.
• Work with global partners to understand and close gaps in workstation performance to meet benchmark levels.

• Study and understand impact to Fab during output scenario changes.
• Explain impact of scenario changes and engage area partners in strategic decision-making process.

• Maintain accurate submit dates, lead times and ADCS pricing information in Micron Capital Asset Planning (MICAP).
• Maintain capacity data integrity through accurate update of MICAP status.
• Provide sufficient justification for capital requests to site leadership team.

• Understand Micron's data structure and retrieve data effectively through use of Structured Query Language.
• Analyze raw data through statistical data analysis tools to make data driven decisions and recommendations to management team.

• Drive cross functional teams to define scope and project requirements for capacity issues.
• Lead discussions with key partners to adjust capacity strategy based on progress of projects.
• Demonstrate agility in project management to cater to dynamic market situations.

• Bachelors or Masters is desired.
