Job Description:

• Issue asset tag number
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system accurately
• Coordinate Intercompany Asset Transfer
• Perform month end close procedures
• Prepare Fixed Asset general ledger journal entries
• Prepare FA account reconciliations and monthly reports
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform fixed assets physical count
• Communicate with operation teams on Fixed Asset cases
• Perform other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years’ working experience and 1 year fixed asset experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications are required.
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
• Good communication skill and service oriented.

Fluent Japanese and English in writing and speaking is a must.
