Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Woven fabric trading company with JV factory in China
  • Main clients : chain stores and world known apparel brands of US and European markets
  • Hong Kong office : small trading office + showroom
  • We are looking for FABRIC MERCHANDISER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Assisting on daily operations, such as handling of samples, ticketing, and data input; 
  • Preparing trading documents, such as quotations, contracts, instructions for vendors; 
  • Maintain strong business relationships and liaison with vendors for procurement of samples; 
  • Arrange sample submission to customers for approval; 
  • Follow-up orders, including both SMS and bulks, with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery; 
  • Responsible for product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements; 
  • Maintain a good, close and long lasting relationship with customers; 
  • At least 4 years' experience in garment/textile field; 
  • Experience in woven fabric is highly prefer
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; 
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing is required; 
  • Experience in Liaison with factory for sample production is an advantage; 
  • Good knowledge of Sourcing, sampling and following orders; 
  • Had 3 to 4 years' experience in synthetic woven is an advantage;
  • No trips is required
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus  
  • Free lunch provided 
  • Office location : Shamshuipo
