MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 

• Maintenance and repair of all equipment and buildings of TKO campus: electricity and supplies, door locks, plumbing works, painting, carpentry and roofing works
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
• Respond quickly to emergency situations
• Occasional rotation to other campuses might be required

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Building Services engineering or related disciplines (valid AC and Electrical grade A certificate is a must)
• Completed a metal/bamboo scaffolding training course/programme organized by the CICTA
• Able to work independently
• Good language skill with fluency in written and spoken English, French will be a plus.
• Car and/or light goods vehicle driving license will be a plus

CONDITIONS 

• 39 hours per week – Full time
• Entitled to 5 weeks of annual leave per year
