Function and Job Scope

The function to work as Make Up Training Expert to conducting BA level Make Up Training and coaching to prove training impact.

Be as the Make Up Ambassador to strengthen Make Up infusion on daily POS client experience.

Independently develop Make Up advancement diploma with the guidance of line manager.

Be partner role with digital learning team to contribute expertise digital learning course.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive LEM program update base on the most update campaign offer and business needs.
• Independently develop Make Up related novelty learning program.
• Implement Make Up advancement training and elevate related make up productivity via effective make up coaching.
• Support make up specialist training and junior make up coaching.
• Manage Make Up expertise talent pool.
• Analysis and review make up training learning result
• Partner with digital learning team to support on line novelty module
• Optimize client experience module for event with the resource of 3 axis expertise team.
• Support Make Up event in both client experience mechanism and on site facilitation.

• Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

• University/College Degree and above
• Outstanding English/Chinese written skill.
• Expert on Training facilitation, good stage performance.
• A certain understanding and passion on beauty industry
• Excellent aesthetics

Work Experience

• Above 2 years of relevant experience in luxury, cosmetic or training industry
• Make Up market experience is preferred.
