In this role, you have the opportunity to
Assist the BU Ultra Sound with the creation and the implementation of Field Change orders
You are responsible for
Generation of all relevant information that is required for the implementation of Field Change Orders
Post all relevant FCO information on InCenter
Monitor the FCO implementation
Assist markets with the implementation of FCO’s
Work closely together will all stakeholders within the BU (Q&R, R&D, Service Innovation, production), to ensure that all criteria for on time implementation of the FCO’s are met
Drive process improvements.
You are a part of
The Imaging Operational Support team is an international team that acts as a central CS organization providing operational business process services to the Imaging BU's Customer Support departments. Main focus of the team are the Installed base and Field Change Order areas.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A minimum 5 years Customer Service experience
An enthusiastic and flexible team player preferable with bachelor degree or equivalent
Knowledge of the different SAP Kernels (MP1, MBP, MPD, PR1)
Project lead skills
Knowledge of the FCO and IB processes
enthusiastic and flexible team player
English language (Both written and verbally)
MS Office applications
