2JOB SCOPE
Responsible for job planning, preparation, installation and running of completion and Liner hanger etc. Preparation of technical and sales proposals. Client meeting as required This is a multi-disciplined job function.

4DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4.1 Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
- Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
- Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
- Actively promote positive safety culture.
4.2 Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
- Compliance to work instructions.
- Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
4.3 Provide testing, repairs, and routine servicing on completion and Liner hanger equipment in the shop and the field. In addition, help generate business to increase revenues through sales of Weatherford products and services
4.4 Test and maintain equipment in the shop and in the field.
4.5 Provide onsite labor when needed.
4.6 Perform maintenance and repairs on company owned and rental equipment in the field.
4.7 Assist in time, cost, and labor estimates for completion of job assignments.
4.8 Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
4.9 Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis.
4.10 Assist in the shop and make deliveries when available.
4.11 Assist product coordinator for day to day operation as required, for pre job and post job report when needed.
4.12 Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
5 Skills & Knowledge:
Essential
- General completion/liner hanger product knowledge
- General mechanical ability
- Self-motivator, self-starter
- Good communication skills
- Good in English writing and speaking
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Preferred
Overseas experience in drilling or completion or International oil company working experience
6minimum QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- 3-5 years oil experience in drilling or completion
- University graduates major in petroleum engineering
Preferred
- Drilling or completion engineer
- Driller and above position
