Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Wholly owned subsidiary of one of the top financial holdings companies in Asia Pacific region
- We are a licensed corporation registered with the SFC to conduct Type 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 9 regulated activities
- We specialized in securities, futures and asset management services to global & local institutional clients, corporates clients as well as individual investors
- We are looking for FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (HEAD) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for the overall planning and execution of Finance & Accounting function
- Overseeing all finance related matters including accounting, banking, taxation, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis
- Working with senior management to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans
- Reviewing the processes and procedures in the Accounting areas and systems, and recommending upgrades and enhancements to the existing accounting function to meet future growth and expansion plans
- Ensuring effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting
- Preparing consolidated financial information and financial analysis reports to management
- Lead Finance & Accounting Team of 12 members
- Report to CEO / COO
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 10 years relevant working experience, experience in securities firm is definitely an advantage
- Qualified Accountant is a must (HKICPA/ACCA)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- 5 days work
