VON ARDENNE is looking for a capable, motivated Finance Controller to provide reliable and confidential support for the local finance department, management team and the group financial department. He / She will track all project costs versus the initial calculation to provide the project management with consistent forecasts on our equipment projects and identify deviations. The Finance Controller will be responsible for the implementation and execution of financial planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes on legal entity level. Also, he / she will identify root causes for budget deviations, initialize corrective measures and give suggestions for actions and strategy adjustments.

YOUR TASKS

• Creation and analysis of appropriate plan-actual-forecast evaluations and ad-hoc reports according to internal and external requirements with focus on project cost;

• Creation of evaluations and ongoing monitoring for assigned cost centers (request for necessary data, upload of planning, master data maintenance)

• Further development of controlling tools and instruments (for example KPI controlling) and contribution to the continuous process improvement;

• Support SAP implementation with responsibility for the CO-Module

• Preperation of project costing

• Preparation of reports reflecting order intake, revenue, gross margin, expense, and other management reports, that meet the requirements of headquarter and management;

• Preparation of ad hoc analysis.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor′s degree, major in accounting/controlling, economics or similar;

• 5+ years of experience in controlling and reporting in a manufacturing field and a project environment;

• Experience in machine industry and manufacturing cost calculation, as well as controlling of project-driven business;

• Deep knowledge of ERP system (Kingdee, SAP);

• Strong skills in MS Excel, experience Power Pivot are beneficial

• Process-oriented work style; reliable and committed attitude;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position; speaking German is a plus;
