- Core business in :
- (1) property development in HK and China
- (2) design, develop and manufacture of digital sports products
- (3) hotel investment & operation
- We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER (China property development) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Financial Controller
- Fully responsible for accounting duties for one China Property Development project in Guangxi
- Lead a small Accounting Team in Guangxi
- Degree holder in accounting or a related disciplines
- 8-10 years accounting experience; of which preferably over 2 years in China property development
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in Mandarin
- Experience in leading a small accounting team
- Experience in leading PRC Accounting teams is a plus
- 5 days work
- Work location : Guangxi & Shenzhen office
