Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- Property developer focus in residential properties in Hong Kong
- We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle full sets of accounts and monitor the finance and accounting internal controls of the Hong Kong property development segment;
- Enhance the accounting and treasury functions of Hong Kong property projects;
- Prepare management reports, budgets and analysis for management;
- Support the segment financial analysis and assist management to review and monitor the segment performance index;
- Handle annual and interim reporting work of the segment, as well as the statutory audited accounts, tax planning/filing work and loan compliance work;
- Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies and joint venture parties to fulfill daily treasury, accounting and operational needs;
- Perform ad hoc works as assigned, such as merger & acquisition and other business transactions.
- A degree holder in an international recognized University;
- A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
- 5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years with Big 4 / large audit firm
- With working experience in Hong Kong property development business is a definite advantage;
- Proficient in Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus
- 13 months salary
- Annual leave : 12 days
