As a FMA Engineer you will be responsible for assuring proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures, in Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Sustaining & Application Engineering Manager, you will document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities

• Executing the in-circuit testing (ICT), failure mode analysis (FMA), or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
• Documenting technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures
• Providing timely communications on significant issues or developments
• Participating on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues
• Assuring proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures

Your background

• 3 years of electrical engineer or FMA engineer work experience with good knowledge on power circuit
• Sound knowledge and experience in ICT, Test equipment setup, component knowledge and Failure Mode Analysis etc
• A Bachelor’s degree or Major in engineering
• Language proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Must be able to analyze Issues, strong interpersonal skill, teamwork, creative and analytic thinking
