Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Identify & drive growth opportunities in marketplace;
  • Plan & manage all marketing and promotion programs; Implementing assortment, placement, pricing, promotion, distribution & marketing strategies at the lowest possible resources;
  • Contribute constructive suggestions and opinions to improve the business & way of work;
  • Provide continuous improvement to the evaluation methodology of all activities, data collection and analysis of competitive markets;
  • Provide timely & accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested;
  • Key driver of on-ground sampling and all marketing programs;
  • Any assigned tasks upon request;

Key Deliverable

  • Attainment volume growth and business objectives;
  • Brand market share;
  • Sampling & overall A&P budget utilization rate;
  • Gross margin and/or cost-to-sales ratio;

Job Requirements

  • Secondary level or above in information technology, e-commerce or sales management is preferred;
  • Having a minimum of 3 years' sales management experience of distributors within FMCG market; Preference to those having food category experience;
  • Familiar with MS office & social communication applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Whatsapp, WeChat, etc.); English literacy is strongly preferred;
  • Familiar in organizing, planning, and implementation of marketing and/or sampling events;
  • Good verbal communication skills;
  • Steady and conscientious, independent and innovative. Demonstrate sufficient entrepreneurship in getting jobs done in a complex environment;
  • Vigilant, proactive & positive;
  • Highly mobile, able to work outside of working hours or weekends if called upon.
