Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for new package platform or deliberative package development.

2.Responsible to develop package to secure robust manufacturability, meet quality requirements, reliability, fiancé goal, product performance and schedule.

3.Hold technical and financial leadership for package development working with project member such like Industrial Engineering, Finance, SCM, Purchasing, Process Engineering, QA, Program management, Human resource, Facility, and manufacturing.

4. Conduct package development following Advanced Product Qualification Plan (APQP) Spec, FSC-QAR-0013.

5. Study and understand customer requirements, application, EHS and design those things to package development.

6.Design package’s internal, external outline, lead frame, process flow, reliability, cost structure with designer to meet new product or package development goals.

7. Generate and create development documents deliverables as FSC-QAR-0013 assigned to Package Engineering, such like design MFEA, control plan, process FMEA, look ahead reliability(LAR) plan, project charter, Quality function development, project schedule, line certification plan, to identify development cost, etc.

8.To plan and execute process optimization, failure analysis, process characterization, samples build for package development.

9. To lead project team members to deliver package development goals.

10. To find technical and systematic solution for failures of reliability, quality, manufacturability, cost, and cycle time.

11.To track and remind team member for their tasks, deliverables, milestones of projects to be done in time with quality so that the project keep on schedule and completed in time successfully .

12. Track team member performance and report to origination manager

13. Plan and control of project budget

14. Chair all project phase review and secure sign-off from all parties. Chairman will be Package development engineers since package development engineer can answer to clearly technical inquiries.

15.To share and update project progress, risk of delay, constraints, weekly at designated day with stakeholders, project team, sponsors.

16. To revise project charter according to project scope and requirement changes.

Qualifications

? Education: Minimum 5yrs university graduated.

Specialized knowledge: Understand assembly and test process, reliability, cost structure, quality. Project management certified or minimum two 2 years project management careers.

Power Discrete or Power Module Experience preferred.

? Skills: Communication skills, Fluent with written English and speaking. Min level 4 and recommended 6.

Other characteristics such as personal characteristics : Self motivated, independent, open mind to communicate, be willing to take risk

? Experience : assembly and test engineering

Working Conditions

? Office and normal shift assignment

? From time to time over time in weekdays and weekend
