That’s why we invite you to take on new challenges, test your ideas, and celebrate success and build your career with us. * Internal Title : Controlling Professional * Business Title :General Manager - Finance * Location : Bengaluru Your tasks and responsibilities • Act as key point of contact for Zone Finance Head • Ensuring that business partners receive transparent, reliable and context relevant data (decision making etc.) • Controlling; analysis, identifying discrepancies of finance data for area of responsibility • Responsibility for the budgeting / forecasting process (incl. preparation of reports, managing timelines, tooling etc.) • Close alignment with respective countries in Zone, identifying and highlighting any operational and planning issues affecting country and regional performance • Prepare for monthly financial reviews with assigned support function cost center owners and Department Heads • Responsible for the preparation of regular business commentaries for respective stakeholders, to include volume, SG&A, margin/Profit, FCF etc. (includes identifying and analyzing trends and key deviations) • Responsibility for organizing the collection of various information requests towards Zone from the HQ’s, compiling at a Zone level before responding. • Support in implementing process improvements, regional / HQ projects & initiatives and new business tools across the Zone. • Leading the team according our values, stetting targets in line w/ SHS goals and develop talents in area of responsibility • Effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders and strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work Strategic priorities • Ensure data integrity & compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards ; ensure clean books and records • Provide finance related information to support the Zone FI Head acting as Business Partner • Manage finance related tasks (budget, forecast etc.) and set up / track actions in case of FC deviation Your qualifications and experience Master’s Degree in Finance/Certified Finance Professional (CA/ICWA) having successfully led a team At least 12 years of post-qualification experience with at least 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering/FP&A role.
