Job title: FP&A Manager

Reports to: Senior Manager, Finance China

Working location: Shanghai, China

Job Purpose:

• Support China FP&A senior manager for all monthly closing, reporting and forecasting activities for China headquarter
• Provide value-added financial analysis and identify process improvement opportunities for China JVs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly closing activities in China headquarter to ensure timely delivery of reporting from all China JVs and submit regular global reporting in a timely manner.
• Lead monthly rolling forecast activities and provide analytics on budget vs. actual / forecast analysis as well as monthly/quarterly/annually business review meeting materials.
• Support for annual budget process and ensure smooth communications with JV controllers.
• Be responsible for ad hoc reports from regional/global request, such as bridge analysis, cash flow, R&O report, etc.
• Develop and prepare comprehensive management reports including KPIs for performance analysis and financial health for JVs as well as whole China region.
• Improve and/or standardize major business processes across China JVs to ensure internal controls and financial policies are properly implemented and promote best practices.
• Support regional controller for closing/forecasting/budgeting reporting for YFAS group.
• Participate in projects to support future growth of business and support for migration footprint
• Other ad hoc financial and analysis tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in finance or accounting
• Experience in large multinational company in FP&A for 10 years including 2 years of people management experience, preferable in manufacturing industry or B2B business environment
• Big 4 or overseas study/working experience is preferred
• CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
• Familiar with US GAAP, Chinese accounting regulation
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience with HFM/SAP/QAD is preferred
