RESPONSIBILITY

Provide end-to-end Accounting and FP&A support to group & entity Finance, and advise entity FCs on proper booking and reporting practices

• Streamline reporting processes and establish reporting tools (such as inventory costing and unbilled AR ageing) to improve reporting integrity and efficiency

• Promote standardized reporting / analysis templates to strengthen business analytical support to local / regional management

• Conduct periodic review and analysis of operating cash flows, monitor funding requirements, and drive AR stewardship and collection efforts

• Monitor closure of internal control / audit issues

• Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews with the individual regions within BU

• Support Accounting & Finance presentations for Divisional and Regional board meetings as well as performance reviews

• Cultivate strong working relationships within BU Finance and all relevant divisions within the Group

• Lead with a strong compliance and integrity mindset

• 
  REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience with multi-national company in the capacity of FP&A manager

• CA or CPA preferred, MBA is a plus

• Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting / tax regulations

• Sound business acumen and quantitative & analytical skills with a good detail orientation

• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

• Execution focused, and ability to set and meet aggressive targets and objectives

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated success in a project leadership role, with the strong ability to influence key stakeholders

• Experience with ERP system implementation is a plus

• Change agent and embrace process changes

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a must

• Be able to make intensive travel
