• Responsible for Budget/Qtrly Forecast/LRS template preparation, data cleaning, consolidation, upload file preparation, system submission.
• Supports to the financial analysis and review deck preparation in Budget/Forecast/LRS cycles.
• Responsible for ZBB (Zero Based Budget) data collection, checking, consolidation and system submission.
• Provides regular expense reports of responsible cost centers to support the budget monitoring, provide insight of variance analysis and follow-up actions as Finance Business Partner.
• Supports Qtrly/Yearly closing by providing expense reports timely for further functional tracking and analysis.
• Provide Financial supports to business partners as needed.
• Supports Company’s Headcount and Labor Benefits tracking and consolidation with understanding of the variance and forecast.
• Responsible for whole Company’s rental forecast and actual tracking.
• Responsible for whole Company’s recruitment cost forecast and actual tracking.
• Supports Biosimilar cost estimation and invoicing process. 
• Lead CAPEX Qtrly forecast and update depreciation and capital expenditures accordingly.
• Lead or contribute to cross functional China projects.
• Lead or contribute to Regional/Global Finance Projects.
• Ensures implementation and adherence to corporate and HQ guidelines, internal controls and accounting and planning procedures.
• Provides timely and accurate data support to other accounting, tax, audit tasks, etc.
• Proactively advises Line Manager and other Finance colleagues on important business and financial decisions/issues.
• Actively contributes to improvement of finance processes.
• Ad hoc assignments.

Basic Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 7+ years aggregate experience in different functions within Finance
• Proficient in Financial Planning and Analysis state-of-the-art know-how
• General business knowledge (e.g., industry, finance)
• Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of Hyperion Pillar, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Think-cell as a plus)
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Big4 experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare industry
• Able to manage meetings and key finance stakeholders
